Day Of Co-ordinating 

10 hours - Starting at $950

Have you done all the work and just need someone to make sure your day runs smoothly? Our Day of Coordinating is what you need to take the stress out of your day. Includes but not limited to:

  • 2 one-hour meetings to determine the day of timeline
  • Receiving deliveries at venue
  • Greeting and organizing vendors as they arrive
  • Cuing specific music for ceremony and reception
  • Keeping the day running on time, including coordinating with vendors
  • Distribute payments for vendors
  • Securing gifts and presentation with a designated person
  • Troubleshoot any problems that arise



Starting at $450

Have all the aspects of your big day and just need someone to put it all together? Let our decorators put your vision together. May include but not limited to:

  • Table and chair set-up
  • Setting up centerpieces and tableware
  • Guest table
  • Dessert / Candy bar table
  • Chair covers and sashes

*Rent $500 worth of decor through On Tap and receive 25% off your set-up fee. 

**Rent $750 worth of decor through On Tap and receive 35% off your set-up fee. 

***Rent $1,000 worth of decor through On Tap and receive 50% off your set-up fee. 


Clean Up Crew

$300  **If combined with On Tap's Bar Services, cost will be $200**

It's been a long day and all you want to do is go home and relax. Let us clean everything up for you. We'll show up a two hours before the party ends to begin slowly cleaning up. Includes but not limited to:

  • Cleaning garbage off tables
  • Packing up centrepieces
  • Gathering linens
  • Table and chair tear down


Event Assistant

Don't need a full set-up or full co-ordination? Just need a few hours of extra help to do the odd things? We can provide you with an assistant to help you with that. Pricing will be determined by what is required for both tasks and time. 


Rentals Delivery/Drop Off


We can pick up your rented items and drop them off at your venue, even if you have rented through another company. Or we can pick up your items after your event and drop them off at the rental company.


*Prices are based on a 100 person event

*All prices are subject to 5% GST

*$0.75 per km mileage fee will be added for events outside the perimeter of Winnipeg

*Site walk throughs and rehearsals are subject to an additional mileage fee
